Following a successful management level career in retail and hospitality, Kev transferred his understanding of people to careers in commercial media, education and local government.

He holds tertiary qualifications in Business and Management and recently became a member and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also a former Mayor of Wodonga Council.

Kev’s commitment to broadcast was recognised in 2022 when he was named a finalist in the Australian Commercial Radio Awards. He also received praise in both the Australian and New South Wales Parliaments at the time following more than 20 years of service to the industry.

His experience with syndicated radio and television networks such as Southern Cross Austereo, Ace Radio and Nine Media has seen him entertain large audiences on trusted brands such as Triple M, 2GB, 3AW and numerous regional stations.

Best described as a ‘generalist’ and ‘doer’, he is armed with unparalleled experience, a refreshing; relatable communication style and a global perspective that delivers premium facilitation of workshops, think tanks and corporate events.

Kev is also a founding partner of Neart Consulting, providing leadership and communication coaching for individuals, executive teams and boards.
